Cheese Corn Bolls

1 cup corn
1 cup milk
1/2 spoon black pepper
coriander
green chilies (chopped)
cheese (grated)
bread crumps
oil for frying
butter
salt

PROCEDURTE:

Heat 1tb oil and 1tb butter in a pan. after butter starts melting add 1 cup flour to it and heat it until you get slight aroma. remove from flame and bring to room temperature. add 1 cup milk and 2 cups water to the mixture and mix well until all lumps break. make a smooth past.

then place this mixture on flame again and steer continuously until the mixture forms into a thigh dough. add black pepper and little salt, stair and remove from flame. allow it to cool completely.

once the dough is cooled, add chopped coriander, chopped green chilies, corn (corn can be boiled or even raw). finally add 2 cubes of grated cheese and mix it well with the help of your hand.

divide the mixture and make small equal balls.

ow mix 1 cup maida and water and make a paste add the balls to the paste, remove and then roll them in bread crumps and deep fry in hot oil.

heat oil on high flame till the oil is completely heated and then reduce the flame to medium and fry the cheese balls.
