VANIELLA CAKE


INGREDIENTS

MAIDA FLOUR               : 1 CUP.Image result for vennela cake

SUGAR POWDER            :1 CUP.

COOKING OIL                 :4 TSP.

MILK                                 :AS INTERESTED.

VENILLA ESSENCE          :1/2 TSP.

COOKING SODA             :1/2 TSP.

SALT                                 :A PINCH(OPTIONAL).

DRY FRUIT                      :AS PER THE CHEF'S INTEREST.

METHOD

Mix Maida floor, Sugar, cooking soda and salt and add oil, vanilla essence and milk. mix up in a smooth manner. finally, add dry fruit and mix again.

take a cake box and apply oil inside the bowl, converting the all the walls inside. after that, the above mixed ingredients are poured into the bowl.
now, heat the bowl containing the ingredients mixture for about 20 minutes in low temperature.

after this duration, the cake is formed into the bowl. wait for 10 minutes once the heating is done. now, the yummy vanilla cake is ready.
