POTATO CHEES COFTA

SERVES                       : 2

INGREDIENTS :

2 medium size potatoes

1 slice chees

1/4 ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/4 tsp chili powder

2 to 3 tsp chopped coriander leaves

2 to 3 tsp chopped mint leaves

salt as required

10 tsp refined oil

PROCESS:

* Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them while they are warm

* Crush the chees

* Add the ginger garlic past, coriander powder, pepper powder, red chili powder, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves and salt\

* Mix the whole filling well with mashed potatoes, make medium size bolls & press them into round cutlet shape

* Fry the pieces in oil til they turn into crisp golden in Colour

*After frying them, drain the Koftas on the tissue paper to remove excess oil

* serve the hot and tasty potatoes Cheese Kofta with tomato sauce or green chutney to enjoy the tasty
